Over the past eight years, Quinntana Developments has specialised in sourcing and delivering high-quality social and affordable housing on behalf of our registered housing partners. Our focus is on identifying viable land opportunities and transforming them into well-designed, sustainable residential communities that respond directly to local housing needs.

Once a suitable parcel of land has been identified, we work closely with our highly experienced team of architects and planning consultants to develop a carefully considered residential housing scheme. At this early stage, we engage proactively with local authorities and our registered housing partners to establish demand, assess local requirements, and ensure the proposed scheme aligns with housing strategies and community needs. Where required, designs are adapted to suit the specific needs of our partners, residents, and the surrounding area.

Following the completion of the design process, we manage the full planning application process through to approval. Upon securing planning consent, Quinntana Developments oversees the construction and delivery of the scheme in partnership with our trusted and experienced construction partners, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, responsibly, and to a high standard.

We have an ongoing requirement for land opportunities across the North West (high priority), as well as the Midlands, Yorkshire, and North Wales. We are particularly interested in sites of 0.3 acres or larger that may be suitable for residential development, including brownfield, infill, or underutilised land.

Our current and emerging housing schemes include a broad range of residential types, such as two- and three-bedroom houses, standard apartment blocks, cottage-style and walk-up developments, over-55s accommodation, and extra care housing. This diverse portfolio allows us to respond flexibly to local demand while supporting inclusive, long-term housing solutions.
